Role Overview
We’re hiring a hungry, entrepreneurial Account Sales Manager to land and grow corporate & institutional catering accounts. You’ll be focused on closing businesses, schools, and healthcare orgs that want healthy, recurring meal solutions for their people.
This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who thrives on results and wants to build a book of business with residual income potential.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and close accounts for recurring corporate meal programs.
- Build lasting relationships with HR teams, admins, and school directors.
- Customize meal solutions for each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth service.
- Attend networking events, conduct tastings, and build pipeline.
What You’ll Earn
💸 Full Commission Structure:
- Up to 20% commission on all first orders (close bonus)
- Up to 10% residual commission on client spend for 12 months

5% bonus on event/catering upsells
Who You Are
- Experienced in B2B sales (food, catering, SaaS, hospitality, events)
- Self-motivated and great at building rapport with decision-makers
- Organized and persistent in follow-up and pipeline management
- Passionate about food, wellness, and creating value for organizations
